A Transform Connector is not an affiliate, an influencer, or a sales rep. The model is closer to a private banker introducing a trusted client: a measured, one-to-one relationship between someone you genuinely care about and a programme that might add years to their life.
Connectors are typically people who already operate in trust-dense networks — physicians, coaches, executive recruiters, family-office advisors, premium concierge teams, and high-touch hospitality leads. They are people whose clients pay them less for the transaction itself and more for the quality of the introductions they make. We compensate accordingly: a one-off referral fee on each member who joins through them, paid net-seven after the new member completes their first phase. There is no quota, no rank ladder, no leaderboard.
The work itself is light. Connectors get access to a private resource library — a one-page brief on the programme, a longer FAQ for technical questions, a short Loom from our medical director, and a calibrated scripts page with answers to the questions every prospective member asks. They do not need to qualify the lead, push a discount, or coordinate the schedule. Once a name is passed through their dashboard, our clinical team takes over within twenty-four hours.
There is a deliberately small ceiling on the network. We do not want a hundred connectors per city; we want fifteen or twenty in each market where Transform operates. Smaller networks let us pay better per referral, keep the brand intact, and ensure every introduction lands well. If you have a strong instinct that you know the right kind of people for this — and a track record of recommending things you actually believe in — apply. We respond to every application within forty-eight hours.
A note on tone: Transform is invite-only for a reason, and so is the connector network. We will not approve anyone who runs the same play across half a dozen brands. Quality of relationship is everything.
